To return or exchange an item – please follow these simple steps

2. Select your order from your account list and submit a refund or exchange request.
3. We will send you detailed return/exchange instructions and we will assign a PearlsOnly Customer Care Specialist to follow your return/exchange.
Exchanged or returned items must be received within this 90 day period. Please note that any pearl jewelry returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted. |
