Considering the distance the pearls were being sent, i.e. USA to UK, I found the service first class. I had my bracelet with me in next to no time. I shall certainly use PearlsOnly again when the need arises. In the UK, I have ordered furniture and it can take up to 3 months before delivery. Whilst a string of pearls is much smaller than a chair, I couldn't help comparing the efficiency of PearlsOnly.
