 Exchange policy
Answer

  • Packages must be inspected upon receipt and any visible damage must be reported within 7 days to our Customer Care. Failure to report such visible damage may void warranty.

  • An Exchange Request, submitted within the warranty period, is required for processing an exchange correctly. Please note that all items must be returned prior to the expiry of the warranty period. It must be returned in its silk storage pouch along with its Certificate of Authenticity, but without its box or any other packing material. Please consider recycling them at your local depot.

  • A gift certificate for the amount equal to the value of the exchange item will be posted upon receipt of the Return Authorization number. This credit will then be used by the customer to purchase the replacement item at the current pricing.

  • The replacement will be released for shipment only after the exchange item is received, inspected and deemed acceptable for restocking by our Quality Control department. Please allow up to 2 weeks of processing time, after receipt of the exchanged item by PearlsOnly.

  • If an item is deemed unacceptable for restocking the exchange item will be reshipped to the customer at the customer's expense. PearlsOnly does not offer any monetary compensation in the event that the customer requests the disposal of a returned item that is deemed unacceptable.

  • Returns of items that are no longer covered by the PearlsOnly warranty will be treated as items deemed unacceptable for restocking unless otherwise and expressly agreed upon between the buyer and PearlsOnly.

  • An item is deemed acceptable if in excellent condition without any signs of wear, alteration or damage (excluding manufacturing defects).

  • The replacement item is subject to availability at the time of submitting the Exchange Request.

  • All exchanges are covered by the warranty period, starting at the delivery time of the original order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • All replacement items are shipped to the customer, in a silk storage pouch along with the appropriate Certificate of Authenticity. Unless the item is different from the item being exchanged in which case it will be shipped packaged in a new box.

  • No discounts can be applied to exchanges of items included in a customer's first order with Pearlsonly.

  • All repairs will be treated as exchanges.

  • PearlsOnly bears no responsibility for return shipments initiated by the customer and for any returning items lost during transportation to our premises or lost due to lack of the Return Authorization number or for items sent by the customer to the wrong address.

  • Gift Certificates issued for exchanges cannot be redeemed in cash or any other form of monetary refund.
