Do you do custom ring sizes?
PearlsOnly offers rings in the sizes, shown on the website, only.
How do I choose the pearl overtone?
If you have a specific preference regarding overtones, please describe it to us
using the Special Instructions box in the Checkout. We will do our best to find
the perfect match for you. The Special Instruction box will be displayed
during your checkout.

Can you match my pearls with your pearls?
For best results, we would have to lay your pearls and ours, next to one
another under the appropriate light and match the overtone. Another way would be
for you to describe to us the overtone colour of your existing pearl
jewelry by using the Special Instructions box in the checkout.
Do you sell blue pearls?
We have a selection of black pearls which can have a blue overtone. You will be
able to see then by using the following link .Unfortunately we do not sell all
blue pearls at present.
Do you fix jewelry?
Placing an order through our web site will guarantee you repair service for 90
days after your purchase, so we would be happy to fix or replace pearls which
you have bought from us. Unfortunately we do not fix other jewelry at this
point.
Do you buy pearls?
As a standard practice PearlsOnly buys pearls, only from reputable pearl farms
that adhere to our high standards of quality. Our screening practices are
meticulous and apply to large operations only. As such, we are unable to buy
from individual or unscreened suppliers.
Can you price match?
PearlsOnly offers some of the best products and prices in the industry. We are
confident that our customers get the best value for their money as we eliminate
"the middleman" by dealing directly with the pearl farms that meet
our quality standards. 
Can you tell me how much my pearls are worth?
All our products come with an appraisal certificate at no extra cost, so you can
be sure that you are getting a great value. Unfortunately we do not offer
valuation services. If you are interested in having your existing pearls
appraised please contact your local jewelry appraiser, who is preferably
specializing in pearls.
Does the pendant setting come with a different metal?
PearlsOnly sells products along with any available options, as shown on the
website only. Any new designs or possible changes to our current designs for a
different metal follow a lengthy process of approval and testing to meet quality
standards. Please stay tuned for our future options.
Do you sell the pendant setting separate?
All our pendants are sold only as sets, including the setting, the pearl and
necklace.
Do you sell just the clasp?
Our clasps appear to be a great hit with a lot of our customers; however they
are only sold as an integral part of a necklace which ordered through our
website. 
Do you sell loose or individual pearls?
As a Pearl-Jewelry company we specialize in "prêt-a-porter" or in
other words "ready to wear" jewelry, as such we do not sell loose or
individual peals.
Do you do custom orders?
Using the PearlsOnly website you can customize your own order by selecting from
our list of options for various products.. We offer several lengths of necklaces
and bracelets, along with a wide selection of clasps. At this time we do not
offer any other customization.
What is the standard length of a pearl necklace?
There is no standard length for a pearl necklace. Most of our prices for
necklaces represent 16 inch. Once you have found of necklace of your choice on
our website, you can request length-customization by entering your length
requirements in Special Instructions at the PearlsOny Checkout.
Can I substitute the free gift?
Gift substitutions to other types of free gifts, have presented time-consuming
and error-inviting challenges for us in the past. Therefore we no longer allow
this practice. Also, these are free gifts and as such they cannot be substituted
by any other type of product.
Do you accept bank wire?
Bank wire is not one of the acceptable means of payment. However PearlsOnly
offers several payment gateways for your convenience such as WorldPay, PayPal
and Bill Me Later.
Where do you ship to?
We ship mainly to the USA, Canada and the UK. However in the last couple of
years our market has expanded significantly and we now ship to many other
countries including Australia, Austria, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland,
Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Do you offer a faster delivery time?
The fastest delivery time we offer is a few business days via Royal Mail which
is free for any order. 
What is the delivery time for Hanadama?
The delivery time for Hanadama Certified pearls is approximately 3 weeks.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard shipping via Royal Mail takes 4-5 business days and is free of
charge.
Time to ship your order
Shipping out of our office occurs within 24 hours from the moment you place your
order provided that there aren't any payment related delays.  Our automated
system will keep you informed about the status of your order, as your order is
being processed. If there are any unexpected problems with the order, we will

PearlsOnly provides a quick way to change or cancel your order. Should you

When will my order arrive?
Via Royal Mail, you order will be delivered to you within 4-5 business days. As
soon as we ship, a track number becomes available to us and we will send it to
