Once received, the returned item will undergo an inspection that will take between one to three days. Upon completion of the incpection, your assigned Customer Care Specialist will contact you via email. At this point, we will confirm various  details regarding the jewelry exchange, and will proceed with the shipment of your new jewelry item.
