About Hanadama Akoya pearls and Certification

Hanadama literally translates to 'flower pearl' and issued to Japanese Akoya pearls that have been reviewed and approved by the Japanese Pearl Science Laboratory. Upon successful review, a Hanadama certificate is issued by the Laboratory. To ensure the long term investment value the certificate should reflect the exact strand of the specific pearls.
