Buying jewellery online for my wife felt like a bit of a gamble. I first brought the wrong colour pearls (I am colour blind)! The returns process was fantastic. These new pearls are excellent. My advice - take the gamble, go into shops, see what she likes then order better quality pearls online for a fraction of the price.

It was a gift for my mothers 70th birthday and she was very pleased - which made me happy too.

Service & Delivery comments:

Only comments I have are that for some reason the tracking number was not issued with the dispatch email, so tracking the order was difficult until I requested the number, plus the delivery was via Royal Mail, who I am finding less and less reliable these days, proven by the fact that when I tracked my order Royal Mail said they had left a delivery notice through my door when I wasn't there, but they hadn't! and when I went to collect the pearls without a delivery note they just gave me the package to me without asking for any ID, I could have been anyone! So I recommend to Pearlsonly that you choose an alternative courier company in the future.
