#MBFW- CARMEN MARC VALVO 2015 COLLECTION! (@CarmenMarcValvo)

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (NYC) — The Carmen Marc Valvo Ready to Wear show at Lincoln Center in New York City, on Friday, September 5th 2014 was just what everyone expected—divine!

The crowd of fashion elites that included fashion editors, journalists, bloggers, stylists and fashion professionals were extremely excited about this particular event because this is the show that marks fashion designer’s Carmen Marc Valvo, 25th year in business.

His years of experience showed when he debuted his brand new Carmen Marc Valvo RTW Spring 2015. The line featured his most known art—elegant and distinguished eveningwear.

Long draping dresses, beautifully patterned jumpers, floral prints, flowing skirts, and even a sheer man’s shirt could be found in the line which was magnificent.

Carmen Marc Valvo stayed true to his art and design while bringing a clean, fun and fresh twist for the new season. Everything was bright, flowing, breezy, classy and most importantly wearable. There was not a piece that made us wonder how anyone could wear it. Every item that the models sashayed down the runway looked like something we could see the most stylish “Fashion Enthusiast” wearing.

There seemed to be a lot of consistent silhouettes in the woman’s pieces which included fabulous bodysuits, cutout sheer arms, pleated skirts and amazing designed sheer skirts. Another staple look was the Fit-and-flare midi-dresses which seemed to be constantly seen in different patterns; which made us at Pearls Only, reminisce of the classy fashion of latter years.

The men’s clothing featured floral pants, tailored pants, sheer button downs, and fitted blazers.

The Spring line was a success and Carmen Marc Valvo once again delivered incredible clothing for the upcoming Spring season with amazing artistry and attention to details.

Fashion Forecast for Carmen Marc Valvo: Woman of all ages will be drawn to this line because it is practical eveningwear with class and sophistication. They will find fashion forward ways of incorporating the chic body suits to their everyday style.  The men will love that they have an opportunity to stand out of the box with fashionable floral prints and daring sheer button downs.

We also believe that men and women will be ready to step out of traditional hair coloring with fancy chic grey streaks which were shown on the runway on both the men and the women models. Ted Gibson, professional hairstylist, is a beauty visionary and we are sure this will be a statement hairstyle for this upcoming Spring/Summer season.
