“My word it took my breath away I am so happy with the Pearl ring I ordered for my daughter it is stunning the packaging and care taken to present the ring when you first look at it ...is beautiful and professional I am truly blown away. From the littlest silk purse the certificate of authenticity and of course the ring itself ... I had my doubts being an older lady when I didn’t get any response to my enquiries about delivery times but being the techno phobe in am didn’t look into my spam folder (duh) and there they were even a reassurance that the ring would arrive in time for my daughters birthday . “I bought this for my niece’s birthday. She loves the necklace. I have to say it’s a beautiful piece. What I would say is it’s a pity they don’t have other drop Pearl necklaces like this one in different designs as these appeal to younger and also older fashionable women as it is not a typical Pearl necklace.
I had to be sent another box as the original one was damaged. I would suggest before sending out check that the box is in excellent condition, these necklaces are not cheap and it’s best to send it in a box, or bubble wrap it properly as it can be damaged through the plastic bag it is sent in.
I have to say the service I received was really good they respond quickly to any queries and are quick to sort out issues.”
