“I bought these earrings as they were described as 'easy on, easy off clasps'. Unfortunately, they turned out to have extremely stiff post and butterfly fixings and were therefore unsuitable for the elderly fingers of the person for whom they were a gift. Very sadly and reluctantly I was forced to return them.”
