“This is a gift for my bridesmaid as her birthstone is pearl. It is fab! It is a really classy necklace which could be used everyday and with eveningwear would not look out of place. I'm really pleased with this and no doubt she will love it as much as I do. I'll be getting one for myself once the expense of the wedding stops.”

“The pearls themselves are lovely but the backs are very feeble. Though I have worked in jewellery, I found they were impossible to tighten because they are so small and weak. In fact, in attempting to make them more secure, I bent the gold so now I am going to a local jeweller to replace them. Such a shame to spoil lovely pearls for a hap’oth of tar!”
