“I bought this for my niece’s birthday. She loves the necklace. I have to say it’s a beautiful piece. What I would say is it’s a pity they don’t have other drop Pearl necklaces like this one in different designs as these appeal to younger and also older fashionable women as it is not a typical Pearl necklace.
I had to be sent another box as the original one was damaged. I would suggest before sending out check that the box is in excellent condition, these necklaces are not cheap and it’s best to send it in a box, or bubble wrap it properly as it can be damaged through the plastic bag it is sent in.
I have to say the service I received was really good they respond quickly to any queries and are quick to sort out issues.”
