If your item is defective and is covered by our 90 day money back guarantee, we will be pleased to exchange it free of charge.
In the case where items are defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping to us, and any costs to return the item back to you.
The cost of returning the item back to us, will be reimbursed at the amount shown for Standard Shipping using our published Shipping Rates.
We will issue a credit back to the original payment method you have used to pay for your item. For shipping re-reimbursement outside of 30 days, we will send the refund via PayPal.
If you prefer, we would also like to offer to issue a gift certificate for TWICE the amount of shipping refund, that you can use towards your next purchase. If you would like this option, kindly make a note in the comment section of the return form.
